Happy Weekend!! How are you doing? We have been making all different kinds of recipes from items found in our pantry recently. We found two jars of Kraft Pineapple Spread and decided it was time to bust them out and make a special recipe. My mom used to make a recipe with Kraft Pineapple Spread so I looked it up and made the dip today. It was a fun throw back for me and my daughter had never had it before so we enjoyed it together. My husband and son are both not dip people so they didn’t have any, which my daughter and I didn’t mind one bit, lol! This dip is delicious with crackers or even tortilla chips.
Gluten Free Ham & Pineapple Appetizer
2 jars KRAFT Pineapple Spread
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 -1/2 cup of ham
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 green onions, sliced
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix all ingredients until blended.
Spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate
Bake 20 to 25 min. or until heated through.
I believe my mom got this recipe from a Kraft cookbook. It brought me back and I wanted to share this recipe with all of you because it is delicious. Also, gluten free which we appreciate in our household! If you make this dip I would love to hear what you think of it!
Have a wonderful weekend!!!
